Registration

Registration is now open! We are pleased to announce that participants can begin the registration process effective immediately. The fee structure is as follows:

Regular registration is DKK 6,000 while PhD students register at DKK 4,500.

We encourage participants to take advantage of the earlybird rates and look forward to your contributions to our event. An acceptance letter for your abstract submission will be sent shortly to confirm your participation. Thank you for your interest, and we are looking forward to see you in Copenhagen at October 21st 2024.

We are pleased to inform you that your Certificate of Attendance for ESBES2024 will be sent electronically to the email address you provided during registration. You can expect to receive your certificate within the same week the conference ends.

Pease note: It might be that you have registered already your abstract. But you must nevertheless register new in the participant registration system. The abstract registration system and the participant registration system are not identical and function independently of each other.

Registration Terms and Conditions

  • All registration fees are quoted and will be charged in Danish Kroner (DKK). Conference registration fees are exempted from VAT in Denmark.
  • Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
     
  • Banks charges and currency exchange charges are at the delegates own expense and should be factored in when transferring funds to ensure the full registration fee is received into the conference bank account.

Registration Cancellation

  • Notice of cancellation must be sent by email in writing to DIS Congress Service participants@discongress.com

  • For cancellations received before September 20th 2024, a full refund less an administration charge of DKK 400 (€55) will be granted.

  • If you are not able to attend, you are welcome to give your registration to a colleague. Change of name is free of charge.

  • No‐shows will not receive a refund.

  • Conference Dinner Cancellation – From 20th september 2024, 100% cancellation fee applies.

  • Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive any refunds.
