ESBES 2024 has in cooperation with DIS Congress Service selected a number of 2 to 4 star hotels located within convenient walking distance to the Metro Lines and the S-train network. The hotels are primarily located around Kongens Nytorv / Nørreport Station and Amager.

Radisson Scandinavia
One of the largest hotels in Denmark, the 26-floor Radisson Blu Scandinavia raises high above Copenhagen, affording stunning views of the ancient City Hall and the city’s gilded church towers or the new Ørestad district. The hotel is located only five minutes’ drive from the city centre and 15 minutes from Copenhagen International Airport. Islands Brygge Metro station, with connection to central Copenhagen or the Bella Center, is nearby. The 542 rooms have been refurbished during 2012 and have free wireless internet. Radisson Blu Scandinavia has four restaurants, a fitness center and parking facilities available for a fee.

Cabinn Metro
Located in Ørestad close to the convention venue, Bella center. The Cabinn Metro is one of Denmark’s largest hotels with its 708 rooms. The hotel includes a 500 person breakfast café. All rooms have private bath with shower, television, small work desk, free WiFi and an electric kettle with free tea and coffee. All standard rooms have bunk beds. The architecture of the building is created by the famous Polish-American architect Daniel Libeskind, who is also the architect behind the new project on Ground Zero in New York City. Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel.

Hotel Reservation Terms and Conditions
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed by a 1 night deposit payment served as payment for first night stay.
The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel invoice upon check-in/check-out.
The hotel deposit must be paid upon receipt of invoice.
ALL REMAINING NIGHTS ARE TO BE PAID AT THE HOTEL UPON ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.
Cancellation of hotel reservation
Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to the Conference Secretariat or in writing to DIS Congress Service on the contact page.
Until 31st August 2024 the deposit will be reimbursed.
From 1st September 2024, until 19th September 2024, the deposit will only be reimbursed if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate all the cancelled room nights to another guest.
From 20th September 2024, and in case of cancellation an/or no-show the full stay will be charged as the booking is valid.
All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service (participants@discongress.com) in writing and not to the hotel.
All bookings will be made on a first come, first served basis after receipt of the hotel deposit, as long as DIS has rooms available.
